Friends,
I disturbed my colleague today while she is listening something with headphones on. She responded to my question but I can see her face feelings (not smiley) and also while talking to me she tapped her computer keyboard very hard.
I was working on very high priority assignment so instead of emailing her.
I felt bad because of this incident and this question came up in my mind "Can I disturb a colleague while he/she had headphone on?"

Yes. You did the right thing. Work comes first. You could have gotten in trouble for not interrupting her. |
