Adding Work Experience in my resume?

I am a communications engineer and have just started working in a company for around 1 month, and this is my first job. Recently a better position has come up somewhere else, so should i add work experience in my resume and say that i have 1 month experience, or should i just leave out the work experience? Is there anyway that i can mention about my work so that they don't think that i'm a fresher?
