I am doing a proposal paper for school, and my subject is creating an average salary for employee within a company. I propose knowing what the average salary for the position could be beneficial to both employee and employers.

I began working at Taco Bell last year with a starting wage of $7.50 per hour. I've been making the same wage ever since, and it's been over a year now. I would be satisfied if I could at least get a $0.25 or $0.50 raise, but I don't see that happening any time soon. :( |
