I have a group interview tomorrow and im super nervous because i have no idea how a group interview is like ..

also the person told me that i have to dress formal casual .. Business casual .. what is that i don't know what to wear .. i know that is def not high heels.. and also that i will have to lead a song and a game ... and then i will have a one to one interview were i will be asked about 5 questions

=S .. im nervous.. does anyone here has a youth leader job at the YMCA .. how does all this work .. from 1 to 10 im off the chart on nervousness

There's always some fat loud-mouth woman who acts like a know-it-all and as if it's a one on one interview and nobody else is in the room...like she's the greatest candidate who ever walked into the door...meanwhile, she has no experience and is only taking the job because she wants to leave her regular job in accounting or somewhere but doesn't want to have nothing....

Plus, after it's over, you'll hear her say it...trust me.....you'll see....it's nonsense and I hate group interviews. It's all about popularity, take it with a grain of sand. Means nothing and you probably don't want to work there because anyplace that picks people through a group interview is just lazy and only goes by who can be the friendliest...doesn't mean they can do the work properly and they usually end up getting fired.....don't even go, it'll be a waste of time. You'll see!!
