You will have a VERY hard time finding a job at 3 hours max. Many larger stores (who are more prone to hiring part time teenagers) usually have a minimum of 4 hour shifts. The smaller companies also will probably need you for more than three hours a day too. Sorry, but you just aren't ready to work with that attitude.

First off there are restrictions on how long a minor can work, amount of hours time they have to leave on a school night etc. With that said most employers it would not be worth their time to only have you work 3 hours Now you can limit the day your available so you have days to do things also you can have a later start time like not start til 5 or 6 which will give you a few hours to do home work and get ready for work.
