Will a Semester break can affect the carrier and employment ?

I have a Semester Break during my UG (B.E., Computer Science), due to shortage of attendance. Will this affect my career such as placing in a MNC company (such as Wipro, TCS, Infosys, IBM etc...)?

I have my overall percentage as 75%, and have more than 15 certificates (including two national level symposium certificates, two state level symposium certificates, and other intra-college competitions such as C-Debugging, Quiz Competitions, Paper Presentations).

Also, designing websites(using PHP) is my extra-curricular activity.
