Will I get fired for what I did ? Help :(?

Hi I've been working at dominicks for 4 weeks . This is my first job. Yesterday I was supposed to work from 12 pm to 6 pm but I punched out 30 min early with no authorization... I swear it was not my intention to get out earlier honestly I just forgot to write my schedule down I thought I work from 12pm to 6 .. Now I'm so screwed I don't know what to do... Am I gonna get fired?

Either call your boss or purposely go in earlier on your next scheduled work day. Explain the situation and say that you made an honest mistake and would like to make up the time missed. If you are willing to make up the half hour missed, it's possible that the incident will be forgiven. |

NO NEED TO BE SO WORRIED.. U WENT OUT AT 6, BUT U WERE SUPPOSED TO GO OUT AT 6:30. I THINK LAST 30 MINUTES ARE SAVED FOR INHOUSE JOBS, LIKE COUNTING OF MONEY, TOTAL DAILY SALES CALCULATIONS ETC ETC.. I AM SURE EVEN IF U HAD LEFT 30 MINUTES EARLIER U DIDNT DO MUCH HARM TO YOUR ORGANISATION , BECUASE AT THIS TIME MAYBE THERE WOULD'NT HAVE BEEN A VERY LARGE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS. BUT HAD U LEFT EVEN EARLIER SAY AT 4 PM THEN U HAD DEPRIVED UR ORGANISATION FROM PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS. SO DONT WORRY, ITS THE FIRST TIME AS U SAID, DONT REPEAT IT ... I M SURE UR BOSS WILL UNDERSTAND |
