Will I get discriminated if I have a BA in CompSci instead of BS?

Nope! The employers care that you have a bachelors and what the degree was in. Not whether it is a BA or BS.

I'm a psych major from a UC Santa Barbara where this degree is a BA but most universities consider it a BS degree. It doesn't matter at all.

A lot depends on what you do with your BA.

Perhaps you will skip a lot of science and math, which is useless is most circumstances.

Generally though, employers care what you can do, not what you studied.
