Well you have to curb your attitude, otherwise you will be fired. Find out what makes this guy happy and try to emphasize on that instead of whoa is me, why is he picking on me. Just ask what does it take to make things right with him. Sometimes I would apologize for getting them upset by saying "I'm sorry for making you upset, what can I do to make it right?" Then capitalize on that, if you can. If not maybe this job is not for you, you can start your own data entry business. I did and am successful with it. Data entry is a huge business. You can help the government where all your asked to do is input 10 plates per month, should take about 10-15 minutes. Lol yes unfortunately I think you will be fired or "let go" as they like to say. They get away with paying bare minimum for your labor and keep you there with the constant threat of replacing you the moment you mess up or if you do not meet their insane requirements. They expect the work of a machine from a human being.

My guess you are young. Your assistant manager doesn't like you. If he harasses you enough he will eventually get you to quit. By quitting Wal-Mart will not have to pay you unemployment. He most likely is not going to stop because you are not mature enough to keep quiet and respond in a less that hostile manner.

What you can do is ask for a transfer from his department. Because if you don't quit he will eventually have enough reports to get you fired.

Work on dealing with idiot managers in a less than hostile manner.
