Why did my online job application got rejected in like 5 mins?

The only one that hasn't been rejected is McDonald and even then they haven't responded. I sent that one bout 4 days ago.
The other sites though got rejected within like 5 min sending me emails saying they were unable to find open position or had better "candidates". Is anyone even reading my application and it not just some robot?

Usually those online apps are prescreened for key words and experience and things like that. Make sure your application is tailored specifically to the position, and that you haven't accidentally applied for a store/position that isn't currently accepting applications. This may be a situation (particularly if you have very little relevant experience) where it may be worth filling in a paper application and handing it to a manger...that way at least someone will read it. |

It's being matched by a computer against a set of words for things like your experience and education, and if the required items aren't in your application, it gets rejected. |
