Why can't i pass the supervisor assessment tests for these companies?

I have been a shift manager for 3years and a trainer for another company for over a year prior to management. I am now out of work(was going back to school, and am looking for work now) and filling out all these online applications. No-one has paper ones anymore! When I fill them out I am looking for a hourly/salary management position similar to what I was doing before. They have me take an assessment test and 3 out of 3 different companies have said i did not pass! Any insight on why this keeps happening? My husbands suggestion is that i'm answering them ALL too correctly. But I was raises a certain way and had very good training at the companies I worked for. Would just like some help figuring it out.

Uncertain how you can answer too correctly. what type of tests are they? personality? abilities? math? or is it a series of questions you answer online with further details of your experience? |
