Ok so I am 17, and been looking for a job for an year since I was 16. I filled out many applications but never any calls back

After a few months I decided to apply to places again and this time follow-up. The answer is always We are not hiring.

Im going to apply again now. This time follow up after 1 week.

I see people younger than me that are 14-16 and have JOBS. Im like what did I do wrong? How did they got jobs and I didn't?

I had 4 interview within this past year. Failed all of them.

Just be confident, and believe you are going to get a job

and you will totally find one!

When companies tell you they aren't hiring, what have you been saying? When they say that, thank them for their time and say how interested you'd be in work for the company and that you'd love for them to hold onto your CV for future positions. If you've never had a job before, you probably don't have any experience for the types of jobs you're applying for. (I'm assuming retail etc.?) Why not do some volunteering? Good luck.
