Why can't I find a job?

I just recently graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Corporate Finance and Economics. I have a 3.9 GPA, honors and awards, and I've worked as a TA (Teacher's Assitant) at my college. I also did an internship last summer. I still haven't found a job and it's been 5 months. I'm getting a bit discouraged. I've mostly been applying online though, could that be the problem? Or is it just because the economy is bad right now?

Try going into the place itself and talk to the supervisor about any possible openings and try to ask for a possible interview. |

Right now its hard to find a job where you dont have to get your hands dirty.... however, if you dont mind doing that, there are a ton of great paying labor jobs out there |

You must be proactive. Just because you have a 3.9 gpa and awards and honors is not a guarantee. Don't apply online. Personally deliver each resume to your prospective employer face to face. Send out personalized letters to managers. |
