Who should I ask for a letter of recommendation?

I'm applying for a summer internship in radiology at Cleveland Clinic and part of the application requires a recommendation (not really a letter, more of a form they have to fill out) from your current OR last year's science teacher. I am currently in AP Biology, and I get high B's and low A's. I do not know the teacher very well personally, as I just met him at the beginning of the year, but he knows me from what I do in class. I participate in discussions and get good grades, but that's about all he knows of me. Last year I took Honors Biology, and I know that teacher very well. I got all A's in that class, and I participated a lot. I still talk to that teacher all the time, we're very close. My question is, which one do I ask for the recommendation? I know that the AP teacher is much more impressive, and I don't want the selection committee to wonder why I chose my Honors teacher from last year over my AP teacher from this year. However, the form asks about personal things that the AP teacher might not know, such as motivation, response to setbacks, self-confidence, and leadership. I feel that my Honors teacher would be able to better answer these questions, but I think that it would be more impressive coming from the AP teacher. Please help!

I know this is a lot of info, so thank you for reading this and answering!

I would choose the Honors Bio instructor. You can be more confident of what that person will say. There is more to you than your grades, and the people you're trying to impress surely want to know about that. I hire interns for my department and I would be more impressed by a reference that clearly knew you well and spoke highly of your personality traits than someone who said they knew you but not well. Sometimes teachers will indicate in a letter that they do not know the person well, and I find that off-putting. It makes me wonder, didn't this person have anybody better to use? Didn't they have anyone who knows them well and would speak highly of them? The best they could get somebody to say is "I don't know this person well"? Your AP grades will be seen by the application reviewer, as I assume you need to submit transcripts, and if all the AP teacher can do is confirm that, there isn't much point to using him as a reference.
