Get your but out there and cruise for "now hiring" signs.

You didn't specify anything so here goes.

If you're still a student then your going back to school at summers end so either fast food, retail outlets or landscaping and some construction companies.

If out of school and looking for a career and not going to college then definitely look hard at the apprenticed trades (electrician, carpenter, vehicle mechanic, mason etc). These pay very well once the apprenticeship is finished and with overtime it is easy to make near $80,000-100000/yr.

Now one other route is to apply for a long term career in a field you like or love to do and still go to school to further your education so long as you can figure out how to do it part time during the school year (photographers have loads of work on weekends and after hours for example). So don't close your eyes or mind to being creative with how to work things out. The best job is doing one you love or really like to be involved in but many of these don't always pay enough. Look around and explorer.
