Im just wondering what people think,in my opinion the job where you get in a costume and hold up a sign and dance on the side of the road to advertise a sale or opening ect. (no disrespect to anybody who has that job)

Working in a chicken processing plant. You come home covered in chicken gore and tiny feathers. Most plants insist you stay on the premises for lunch, not leave, and they feed you fried chicken that you spent all day 'processing.' You come home smelling like spoiled chicken. Machines don't do it all. Most often, chickens have to plucked by hand.

Being a real butcher. I don't mean the supermarket kind. I mean the kind who work on farms, slaughterhouses and in factories. (maybe there's another name for them.) Ever wonder how the meat gets on the supermarket shelves all wrapped up in cellophane? or why it's not still attached to the bone? again, Machines don't do it all. These animals used to have skin, muscles and tendons that needed to be removed.

Butt being a fisherman is one of the hardest, most dangerous jobs. You're at sea for weeks or months at a time, trying to catch enough fish to survive. then you have to go sell them, and it's usually not where you're home is. You can make more money taking them to places like NY NY. Fisherman usually die young because it's a hard life. I had several neighbors who were Commercial fishermen. WHile many I knew died at sea, one of my neighbors dies young, but at home. People who didn't know him seemed surprised how young he died until they were told he fished commercially. Then they said "well that makes sense."
