What to wear to this kind of job interview?

Okay. I have a job interview scheduled next Monday. This morning I got an email from one member of the interview panel asking me to come in for an "informal chat" this Friday to prepare for the interview. I've got my interview outfit all ready to go: suit, scarf, heels, blouse, etc. The office observes casual Friday. The chat's been described as informal. So should I show up in something similar to my interview clothes or in clothes that suit the atmosphere of the office on Friday?

Obviously I want to look professional and put together and all that. But on the other hand I want to look "clued in," like someone who dresses appropriately for occasions and corporate cultures.

I hate when this happens.

I would take the middle ground on this one. Wear dress pants and a blouse and nice flats or something along those lines. See you don't want to dress exactly like the casual Friday crew because you haven't been hired yet- but you don't want to overdress either because you want to save the very professional look for Monday for the big interview.
