What should i do..... with careers?

Hello my name is Dina, and i am a freshman in high school. I really need to start thinking about my future and what i want to do. I am not interested in being a doctor (or anything in the medical field),a lawyer ,chef, dentist or a veterinarian. I recently watched the movie The Proposal; I kind of see myself doing what she does. She works in a office, and she is in control. She is a editor (i'm not sure if i want to be a editor, but i don't know). I really need to know other jobs that are similar. i would want to work in a company/office; i would really like to be the person in charge. I need to know what my major should be when i go to college, and how i can become that.Somebody once told me that i should go into advertising; i don't really know that much about it. I would really like to become successful. Please help if you can :)

Hi Dina,

You;re too young to be fretting that much about a career,

A couple of points,'

Most colleges let freshmen enter without the need to commit to a major.

2nd, there are "interest" tests that you can take that will give you a pretty good idea of your interest, Whatever it is, try to follow up on that (later interest tests would be worthwhile) because when you start working 40 hours per week for 40+ years you better darn well like your job.
