Love me, Love You!Love me, Love You!

I just started a new job, everything is great, I love the pay, benefits, etc, however the people that are supposed to train me will not train me.One of the guys whom I am suppossed to share accounts with will not give me his accounts and he flat out told me yesterday "I am not giving you my accounts, and we feel that you are here to take our job" then theres another lady I'm suppossed to be sharing accounts with and last week we were suppossed to get togehter so she can give me all her contacts, first she forgot to email me all the contact information, then she reschdueled like four times to meet with me, then she came here on monday to meet with me, and she stayed for like thirty mintues then left,...and told me she will be back on wednesday, then yesterday I'm sitting here doing filing for one of the managers because again I have nothing to do, noone wants to give me work, and the HR Manager asks me "Are you going to be working out of this office" 'Are us sure this is your desk" she asks me this everyday, and I'm thinking like wow shouldnt you know that? I'm just frustrated and kinda want to take another job, its lower pay, but I feel like people are playing games, and I dont have time for it..

It seems that those co-workers that you are sharing account information with are being personal and protecting their own self financial interests as well how they handle their accounts. You should document their words against you and bring this to HR manager regarding they are keeping "secure" information or perhaps they are hiding something from you. Usually when you are a newbie at a job, most co-workers will not immediately share anything until they know how worthy and valuable you are. However, keep a keen eye once you are established, because information you have, they will try to find out your resources.

If all does not work out for you and as you said you do not want to find another job, I would say keep your options open and your resume updated til something else comes along.
