What kind of jobs are there that are fun, works with animals, and pays good?

I always wanted to be a vet then i dont want to go to school for 8 yrs and i want a job that i would wake up every morning and be excited to go to..i mean i want a job that works with animals like i wana be able to do somthin with them whether its helping them. or handleing them like exotics or somthin..something fun and pays well. i dont know wat kind of jobs they have out there though that would fit there. any suggestions???

You should start volunteering at wildlife reserves, animal shelters, veterinary clinic, national parks etc. The good thing about all these is that you can easily throw those on a resume because you're working with both human and animal services. Volunteering doesn't necessarily mean you won't get paid, but if you do it long enough and show you're competent there will always be more opportunities that will rise up. You just gotta be patient with it. Also, you will meet a lot of new faces and you'll be able to network and eventually land something big. If you really are committed to animals, you should look into becoming a veterinarian. 8 years of school isn't that bad, and when its all over with you'll be able to do what you've always wanted; Getting paid very well and working with animals. |

Looking for a job is tough, especially if it's ages since you last did it! I was jobless during the last couple of weeks, but I unearthed the resource in the box below which is really helpful in a lot of ways. By taking their advice, in a short while I soon got myself a job. |
