Salary, benefits, co workers, bosses and friends. Which is important to you. Which do you care about more and in what order? Would you rather make a lot of money but hate who you work with or for. Or make less and love your boss and co-workers.

Guaranteed income. In CA, employees are being forced into "furloughs" ; reduced pay; late pay etc.

So in this type of economy, want an employer who pays on time what is owed!

In good economy, want job I love, with friendly but not nosy co-workers and good benes.

Today, it is very expedient to have a summer job in the Philippines. Although some people still desire to go to the beach, sunbathe or participate in an activity related to recreation, some people like to serve. For the capital, they are able to do several things. Its just how it goes. This is why some people, students or not, go far away just to get a part-time or home based jobs.
