What exactly is a 2nd interview like?

I have a 2nd interview tomorrow with a company I am not so sure about. The 1st interview was pretty hard I had to take a 100 question personality test before the manager would interview me & the questions she asked were kind of intense so I have no idea what more can they ask me. Also, today I had an interview with a company that I really like & I think I did well but I won't hear from them till Wednesday. This is the 1st time that I had options like this and I don't want to be too hasty in my choice even though I won't hear from the other company I like till Wednesday.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket. Continue interviewing and doing whatever is asked of you since you are not guaranteed a position unless you get a call with an offer. |
