I had a job interview today and it was successful, so I have another interview coming up, plus a reference check. On my resume, I have a manager that I used to work with, but I don't think I ever ASKED her whether she would mind being me reference. Also, I only worked at that job for two months (I was not fired; it was only a temporary contract) and they did not decide to keep me on past the end of contract. What should I do? Do you think I should call and ask for her to be my reference or what?? or is it just expected that she will give me a good reference? thanks for the help xx
