just wear nice jeans and a nice shirt. look presentable, but not too professional or high maintenance. you might also wear close-toed shoes in case your boss has you try to scoop ice cream, and bring a pony tail holder so you can put your hair up if you need to.

cold stone has all of their employees go through a lot of online training before you start working there. they call it "orientation" instead of "your first day of work," because after you fill out the paperwork, you will get a username/password and you'll have to watch the online videos before you actually begin "working."

so at orientation, you'll mostly fill out a lot of paperwork. your boss might start telling you some of the rules and let you know what goes on day-to-day, but since a lot of that is covered in the online training, they will probably wait to have you start getting your hands dirty until you've watched the online videos. have fun, it's a fun job :D

You should definitely wear a tight thin white t-shirt sans bra. I suspect it will be cold in there and you want to be noticed!

Wear a polo shirt with khaki's and some casual shoes. Leave the cell phone off before you enter the store and by all means no Ipod. Also, nails clean, hair finely combed or brush, and smile, shake hands with your presenter.

I would just recommend maybe like a cute summer dress or something? Nothing to professional, but don't appear to be trailer trash. Orientation is usually what you do after you get hired so it sounds like you got the job. I had orientation at an Arby's a few years ago and we got a tour of the store and had to fill out our like W-4's or W-2's whatever one it is. Tell us how much we were gonna make an hour and when we started.
