I am completing an online interview for a position at a luxurious hotel and I am asked "what is customer service to you?"
Does anybody have any tips for how I could answer this?

Customer service is a management strategy that focuses on meeting customer expectations. There may be little difference between the products or service being offered. What makes a big difference, however, is building unique customer relationships so each customer experience will be pleasurable and long lasting. |

Say something like, "Customer Service is where customers get answers to their questions, hand to hand help with an employee. It should be a comforting place so that customers will feel more welcome to come for help." |

The customer service is a culture, not just an area, is the opportunity that all enterprice have to satisfy the customs requirements and expectations; a customer is a treasure because is whom give money to the enterprice to can develop any business, and is the satisfy customer who will bring more customer to the hotel. When we speak about customer service, it is a way to say: to create and increase (administer) the customer's relations because they means money, loyalty and fidelity with the hotel's brand. |
