What are some scenario based interview questions that might be asked?

I have an upcoming scenario based interview for a customer service type of position coming up. What are some questions that are normally or some questions you might have encountered yourself? If you are a human resource person, what are some questions you normally ask? Or if you have recently had one of these interviews, what are some of the questions they asked you? Keep in mind this is for a entry level position.
