12 Year olds cannot legally have a job unless it is a family owned business. You can mow lawns but that is pretty much it and it doesnt bring in a steady stream of money. I reccomend waiting until you are 14 and can legally have a job.

You could do yard mowing (need a lawn mower) Dog walking service (Need to advertise and have basic supplies like dog treats, water bottles, a few extra leashes, and bags for scooping up poop.) making things to sell. (What you need for this would depend on what you would make.) I'd say babysitting, but I am not sure if you are old enough to stay home by yourself legally yet anyway.
