What Career Path should I Take?

Let me first name my strengths: Innovative, Creative, Loves learning new things, Leader, Passionate.
Could be considered weaknesses: Like to begin things but not necessarily finish them myself & I hate "office politics" .
I am 27 yrs old wife & mom.
I have worked in retail as a teen to management in NonProfit and as a executive assistant in corporate america. I've found that the aspect I love in these are leading, decision making, creativity and helping others, however I"m not good at the politics of business and am just wondering what career path can I take where I can thrive with my "strenghts" and "weaknesses". I'm currently preparing to open my own home decor boutique in the next year which I am excited about but still wondering if that's my purpose :0/
And it's not that I am scared of commitment I just want to be passionate about my career so I can do it the rest of my life.
