I went for an interview there once for a summer and I got the job by

#1 Smiling a lot. And not just smiling with your mouth but smile with your eyes too! It'll be a good sign if they're smiling back at you. It doesn't matter if it's a guy or a girl who is interviewing you.

#2 Be charming and witty. Say something smart, use big words, make a little observational joke. If you make them laugh they'll remember you. But if you feel that you're coming off as annoying then slowly stop but don't stop abruptly and never stop smiling.

#3 WEAR THEIR CLOTHES TO THE INTERVIEW! I bet you that there is 99% chance that they will ask you what you're wearing and if they don't then volunteer that you're wearing Forever 21 clothing and that you love their clothing.

#4 They're going to ask you why you think you should work there and you should say that you think you should work there because you are very friendly and because you get along with your co-workers and because you learn quickly and if you make a mistake you only make it once and that you don't wait for a customer to ask you a question you ask them first if they need help with anything and volunteer information to them like where the clearance rack is or where the newly arrived items are.

#5 Tell them that you are a multitasker and that while you can multi task you can fully concentrate on what you're doing at the moment while knowing what tasks you have that are pending.

Wear something outrageous! And when I say that, I don't mean something funky or junky.

Don't be shy! Be able to talk to the interviewers and maybe even make them laugh..(if they're the kind that do & don't crack a joke that no one will laugh to)

Say something catchy, (sorry I can't think of anything right now. x.x) something that will make them remember you.

Or, if you're not the talkative kind, be very composed, calm, and relaxed. Make sure you think before you act, and don't go blurting things out.

If all else fails, BEG! Just kidding. (:
