I was hired by different company but agency help me to get the job. what should i put employment history.

Aerotek or crate and barrel who i actually worked for.

BTW i was getting my pay check from Aerotek.

You have to put down Crate and Barrel as your employer. ALSO, LIST AEROTEK AGENCY as your previous employer. Be accurate on the time periods start date - end date for each job.

Are you able to not put down Crate and Barrel for that time period? Were you in school at the same time? If you worked for Crate and Barrel for a long time, your resume will have a big gap. If you only worked a short time, your future employer may not notice the gap.

In the meantime, sign up with several temporary agencies for immediate employment.

If you were being paid by Aerotek then they are the company you worked for - and are the legally recognized employer. You were on assignment at Crate and Barrel through Aerotek. If someone calls Crate and Barrel for a reference and you give them dates dates that start when you were working through Aerotec, Crate and Barrel is going to give them employment dates that are different (or that you weren't an employee at all if you never converted) because Crate and Barrel didn't recognize you as an employee.

If you then became a Crate and Barrel employee, that date would be like a separate job, and your employment dates would run from the time that you were directly paid by Crate and Barrel.
