Walmart job call help?

i recently applied at walmart a week ago and got a call today, but i missed it. so i called them back and the guy asked many questions about my background what i do, and i answered them smootly, and he told me to have an interview next week. so i was wandering does it mean i got the job since he pretty much asked all the questions u would ask in an interview.
he also told me to get 2 references since i didnt have it in my resumes and 2 ids to identify me.
im also 15 and thi is my first job so what can i expect?

Your telephone interview was to make sure you had the qualifications to work at wal-mart. you passed! congrats! now it is time for your second interview. they will ask you questions to assess your personality and your "fit" into the corporate culture. good luck! :) |
