Very confused about my new retail job?

I started a new job at a retail store on Saturday. I worked 7 hours that day and the manager told me she would call me to tell me my schedule within the next couple of days (specifically, she said Tuesday). It is now Wednesday afternoon and I haven't heard anything from the store. I don't know what to do :S Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks
