Tips for applying for a job at American Eagle?

An American Eagle is opening at our outlet mall near us in November, and i'm turning 16 August 2, so I thought it would be the perfect place to apply.

Could anyone tell me what I need to do to get an application (I've already looked online), how I should approach them, what a typical interview would be like, questions asked, ect.?

will I need a resume?

I just recently got hired last wednesday :)

Apply in person, so basically walk in and ask the manager for an application. Just a hint, try to look friendly and stylish when you apply. First impressions are important!

If you get an interview be prepared for a group interview. My group was about 10-11 other candidates. Do not wear jeans! Try to dress up a little. Like navy, black, or khaki slacks/bermuda shorts and a simple white shirt with no tennis shoes. Minimal jewelry and also well kept hair.

They'll ask questions like...

-Whats the most important duty for this job

-What makes you unique

-Why specifically should we hire you

then they might ask fun stuff like

-What place would you like to go in the world

-Sell this random item
