I'm interviewing for a Compensation & Benefits Manager position and was told that I would be tested.

What could they be testing me on?

Probably on basic job-related skills and/or personality characteristics like ethics. (Those are both common in various fields.)

Call HR and ask them. You may be afraid to talk to them directly because you think it would show you as being "worried that you couldn't do it," right? But don't look at it that way. Knowing what to expect could help you be more prepared and less stressed, which will help you perform better. You phoning to see what's going on also shows that you are concerned and interested and outgoing enough to just *ask*.

Maybe if its a job where you need experience a question and answer. Math, typing not sure you can call and ask or if you feel your qualified i bet you have nothing to worry about. So many people say they know how to do stuff they really do not.
