Starbucks employees, especially managers, please help?

Okay, so I submitted an application to my local starbucks. I am planning on going there tomorrow for a sort of follow-up, and I was planning on speaking to the manager and submitting my resume with a cover letter, (i forgot to include it with the application), and I am pretty much DESPERATE for this job. I was thinking about doing some corny gimmicks, such as putting "coffee stains" on my resume, or rubbing coffee beans to make it scented, or under the 'Skills' section of my resume, adding that I 'Speak Starbucks', meaning that I understand the lingo that comes with ordering their coffee. Do you think this is a little too much? Or that the hiring manager would not be amused and find it unprofessional? I know they are an innovative company, but I'm just not sure. What is your opinion? Thanks!

STOP!!!! Your lack of caffeine has hindered your reasoning skills. Yeah, it's coffee, and you love going there to have a drinks with your friends and chill out, however its still a company. How can a hiring manager take you seriously, when you don't take something as important as your resume/application seriously. My advice, 1.go in on a Monday afternoon (mornings are their busy time) and most likely the manager is there because it's their admin day. 2.Make sure you applied online and make sure you stress that you have open availability, especially on the weekends 3. dress the part--tan pants, white shirt or black shirt, it shows you know the culture 4. Ask for a time to do a formal interview. When you get the interview then point out your knowledge of the lingo and show your enthusiasm for caffeine. Good luck
