Somebody Recommend What should I Do?

I am 23.Indian. Working for a hotel in Maldives.

After completing my 1 year course in Hotel management(2004), I have been working in More than 8 Hotels. I have never stayed in a place more than 6 months. I work very well (I Really do) but due to my bad character or attitude like drinking and smoking, I have lost all the jobs. In the Previous resort where I worked for 2 years, I was in a supervisory level and I have never been pleasant to my juniors. I had no good relationship with other departments. But when it comes to work, I was the one having more compliments from the guests stayed in our resort. I drink and make a mess around the Dormitory. One fine day I was fired as I got drunk and broke all the windows in the dormitory. Some how I got a chance to leave India and for the past one and a half year now, I'm Working here. I joined as a Front Office assistant and now am Reservation Manager for this small organization. But now I have started to complain to myself that this place is not suitable for me. . I think I have to search a new job and go back to India. Since Maldives is a muslim country, Alcohol is not available and I couldn't drink. I'm Not sure If I go to India, I can be under controll. The problem here is that the european staffs are treated very well and Asian staffs are treated very badly.(The front line staffs are being treated good but the situation might change anytime as the management is not well organized). I'm doing my UG course in correspondence and have completed just a year now. But I have started to think that I have to change my Industry.

So now, Thanks for reading my story. Can somebody tell me what should I do now.

A- Should I go back to India.

B - Should I continue complaining about this place and keep working here.

C - Consult a psychiatrist

Marry a maldivian.........u can have fun.........do what ever u want the police will not trouble you and even if u get caught they will release u since u r a maldivian NOW

There is plenty of alcohol in Male' so do not worry,u need to pay through your nose.

Enjoy u r life the way you are in now in Male' by being a maldivian or get back to India with a more disciplined life and live like a Indian, u r good as u say u will reach the top.......

In Maldives forget it since u r an indian

D. Stop the drinking and smoking, possibly seek a counselor and then make your decision with clarity.

It sounds like you get bored very fast but it isn't going to be any different with another industry. You need to find out the reason you are acting this way.
