Should you join a company that asks to sign a bond of 2 years ?
Its a small level company asking to sign a bond of 2 years and if I leave in between I am supposed to pay a certain amount(that I know I won't be able to cause it's not a small amount).
I am trying hard to find a decent job in an IT company but no luck as of now so was thinking of joining this one for the time being..better doing something than nothing but then I don't wanna be stuck for 2 years
This job won't give me any experience in programming/Coding that I so need..I am an IT fresher
So should I join or not ?

Find out if there is any room for promotion within the company that could give you those skills you want. 2 years is a long contract. |

Its up to you, but military personnel have to sign away their lives for far longer than that, and we cant just pay a sum. Also in these hard times, you should just concentrate on getting any job. |

Absolutely not! Do not take a job that requires you to make a payment when you quit. What if they make life miserable? |
