He's a trucker and has changed jobs ALOT. He just got this one job about a month ago and he does very well at it. The boss compliments him and all. BUT his ex-boss offered him a higher paying job back. He always had problems at this job such as fighting with the other drivers, harder work.. but it is more cash. what should he do? He's not sure.

It isn't always about the money. Sometimes it is better to get paid a little less to do a job you truly like. I think there is something to be said about being happy at a job. I think it is Quality over Quantity in this situation. I guess he should ask himself, would he rather get up and go to a job he is happy about or have to drag himself out of bed to do something he completely hates every day. |
