Im going to apply to jackin thebox today because i really NEED and WANT a job, but should i give my application directly to the manager, and what should i say to the manager? Im also inexperienced

Yes, always hand it to the manager. For a restaurant, the best time to go is between 2pm-4pm. They are slower and can talk to you more. Shake their hand, introduce yourself and let them know you are interested in working for Jack in the box. |

Yes- give it to the manager on duty and ask them what the hiring status is. Then politely ask when you should anticipate hearing from the hiring manager. |

Well if your attractive you should. i worked at hooters and i gave mine directly to the manager and just smiled and said here you go and he said thanks, i said "no, thank you" :) and then i turned around and walked away and he called me the same day and said i was hired....SO good luck and use eye contact! |

That is overall a good idea. However, I would like to point out that depending on when you go in, the manager on shift may not have anything to do with the hiring process. |
