You should take your job serious enough that you will be able to get a good reference from your employer when you leave the job. Good references are a huge help when finding later employment.

Lol the way you phrase this question would make everyone say go enjoy life. truth is as a college woman I also take my job seriously. But it's related to my major. I went from interning then working in wall st to running away from it before I got laid off to a business media company and this is my career in the making. I take both highly seriously. When I graduate at 21 I will be old enough to hit the clubs and thats when I'll be done with college. For now it's all work and no play.

Maybe you can also attempt finding a job that relates to your major while in college. Pay your dues now so you wont have to be interning and struggling to find your way up at 21+

Take your job serious. Even though it's not the best job in the world their business is important to them so they are counting on you and you accepted the job. Do the best you can for them.
