Should I lie on my job interview tomorrow?

Category: Other

I really need a summer job. But the job I am applying for, is meant to run into the school year. They made it a point to mention that. I will be a senior next year and I do not want to work during Senior year -- I have college apps to fill out and need to focus on my track and field career, as it will be my last year representing the school, etc. But I really want this job, should I tell them everything they want to hear, including that I can work for them into the school year, or let them know I am available only during the summer?

Don't lie, because the interviewer are skilled and picking out liers.

They interview alot of people and many like you have considered n gone through lieing. They are pros at picking that up.

They will ask questions on the stories you lied. And once you panic, paused for a little, a change in the tone of your voice. They will know.

Then they will ask more detailed questions. Just to test you out.

You won't know if they found out or not, but you won't get the job.

If they have connections in the same industry, you could be black listed.

Don't risk it, the word spreads out fast and it often will hit you when you least expected in your future career.

Do not lie. Dishonesty will catch up to you, and with a ruined reputation, you won't get a job - anywhere.

Since the company considers it imperative that they have someone who will continue working into the school year, cancel the interview. Do NOT waste their time. Do NOT lie. Look elsewhere.
