Should I even give this interview a shot?

Long story short I applied for this Claim processor ad online. Well the ad said 4 yr degree requirement also experience required and I do have some experience but don't have the 4 yr degree. So I was like what the heck let me just apply and see what happens you know jobs are rare now, and they did contact me. They sent me a couple of questions and I replied to the best of my knowledge and they called me to go in for an interview. Now, in my resume they can see that I don't have a degree but I don't really know if they saw it. Should I even go to this interview? any suggestions? thanks!!

Generally, recruiters (especially in the current economic climate) are inundated with resumes for each position offered. It could very well be that your experience is in a field that the recruiter finds particularly useful; perhaps the presentation of your resume set you apart from the competition.

They've already followed up to your initial query with some questions of their own and invited you in to take some time out of your day --- and time out of their day as well --- to get to know you better.

Prepare as best you can, learn about the company and the role, be friendly and assertive - and have a great interview experience.

Doesn't hurt to go, and check it out. If they don't bring up the degree issue, don't mention it in the interview.
