Should I decline a job offer because there are no females in that office?

At my present job there are lot of females and I approach lone targets during breakfast.
I got a better job offer (in terms of career growth) but there is hardly any female there. Should I take it or leave it?

You consider the availability of "targets" to be a valid job requirement? Do us all a favor and take the job. I think your "targets" would prefer that you stay away from them. |
