Should I call back after an interview almost 2 weeks ago?

I had an amazing interview about 2 weeks ago. It went so well, I was sure I got the job. The woman who interviewed me all but said as much. Before I left she absolutley promised me that I would def be hearing from her and was excited that I came in. She did say that she would have to speak with her boss before making any decision about salary and such, and that her boss would be coming back in town a week after the interview. That was a week ago. Because she promised she would call me, Im not sure if I should call back or not. any advice?
