Should I call again to request an in-person interview? The phone screen was successful...?

Two weeks ago I had a (seemingly) successful phone interview with the hiring manager. There was good rapport and we spoke about the job for 30 minutes. At the end of the phone interview, I expressed my interest in meeting the team in person and he agreed and said he would get in contact with HR to set up the interview. I haven't heard anything since and I'm not sure whether I should contact him or HR myself (the HR recruiter was my initial contact at the company). I followed up the phone interview with a thank you letter so I'm not sure whether I did something wrong or what? What do you think? Thanks!

Myself I believe that letters are excellent, provided they are presented using excellent grammar and spelling (always use a spill chucker!).
