Should I be paid the same as someone with little/no experience?

I have worked at a company for two years since graduating from university, and achieved some moderate success and have worked very hard to get to my position now. Recently my company has hired a recent graduate. I am taking them under my wing and teaching them how the company works and everyday procedure. But I recently found out that despite them having little work experience, and nowhere near as much responsibility - we are paid exactly the same. Is this fair?

If you are in an entry-level position and have the same responsibilities as the newbie will after training, yes, you should be paid the same. If you want more money, take some initiative and apply for the higher-paying job with more responsibilities.

Definetely not, unless they are receiving the same wage you got when you first started working with your company. and if that is the case then you deserve a raise.
