Should I apply for a job that I have been rejected before?

Hi, I basically applied for a job - I got first interview, then a second interview, they said that I was in their top three, but after the second interview I got rejected, I asked for feedback, they said it wasn't anything bad, they just felt I wouldn't probably fit into their "LITTLE TEAM", there were stronger candidates.
But the problem is, I though the interview went realy well, they kept on complimenting my answers, and had casual conversations with me, I realy want this job!!
Should I re-apply when they recruit again, eventhough the SAME people will be interviewing me
