Second interview, what to expect?

I applied at a clothing store (Warehouse One) a few weeks ago, and had my first interview ever just yesterday. I thought it went well and they called back and scheduled a second interview for me on friday. I am 16, with no previous job experience at all. I have volunteer experience selling tickets, and handling cash in a cash box, but other than that no real relevant experience. In the first interview they asked me a lot of scenario questions, nothing like "what is your greatest strength/weakness" or anything like that. What should I expect at my second interview? Do you think I will get the job?

Normally, during first interview it's only a kind of assessing you as you, it means, they wanted to get to know you, how will you can be an asset to their company that is why they only ask some subjective questions and checked how you manage to answer that.

For the second interview, it's normally more on technical. Check on the position you're applying. What do you know about that? If you have no experience for that kind of position try to search on the internet those related role.

OR, it might be that is the final interview where you will meet you direct superior and she/he miight wanted to see and make an interview to you personally. When it says final interview, this is the time you will know whether you're hired or not.

Be prepared for either of the two sequence above.
