RECEPTIONIST job ad... Is this for real?

Did anyone call for a receptionist Job in NW1 and got a very unfriendly woman that hung up on you? well I did: I found this job on the local paper and called them and got a nasty fast reply "job is gone, goodbye" and hung up...I call her back and ask the name of the company and she quickly said the name (that i could not catch) and hung up again. I called back a third time and asked her to please spell the company name as I would like to make a formal complaint to the company and she started laughing loudly ... is this a joke or they are for real??

Required for friendly music company in NW1.
Position requires you to answer phones, greet guests and undertake general office duties.
Must hvae good phone manner, initiative and basic computer skills.
