Questions when filling out an application for Pizza Hut?

I am 17 and a student in high school looking for a part-time job. I just have a few questions about filling out the application.
1. It gives me a list of the days Sunday-Saturday and what hours I would be able to work. Right now in summer, I can work every day in the morning or at night, wherever I am needed. However, school starts in late August and that means I can't work until 4:00 on weekdays. So since I am filling the application out now, what would I put as my hours, considering I start school in late August?
2. It asks when I would be able to start. Right now, my baseball team is in the playoffs and they end in early August. I definitely would not want to miss out of the championship game because of work or something. However, that would mean my application would be processed very quickly, get called for an interview, and quickly hired and things don't usually happen that fast. So what should I put as when I could start?
